An upright, balanced posture is a fundamental—yet essential--goal and physical requirement shared by many. Our overall posture is both an indicator of and determining factor in our health, biomechanics system, confidence level, and mood.
You will start the session with a warm-up, which is followed by arange of motion assessment. The second phase of the workout is a series of exercises of varying degrees of difficulty (core, squats, compound/dynamic movements, TRX). The exercises are designed to stimulate the muscle system and induce your natural vibration levels. The third phase is the molding phase; this consists of holding static positions, isometrics, and stretching. At the end of the class you carry yourself [OR WALK] taller, squat deeper, and feel refreshed and connected to your body!
