CORNERSTONE RECOVERY

We believe that sound biomechanics should be the cornerstone of every exercise/athletic program. To achieve a higher level of performance, we must clear the body of its chronic issues and injuries and then build on that sound foundation. Our goal is to make you feel stronger, powerful, agile, beautiful, and qualified to tackle virtually every challenge—physical or mental—that comes your way.
The heart of our gym is our Cornerstone Recovery Center. We have distinct recovery stations to facilitate healing and bring your body into balance.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

One of the most crucial but time-consuming aspects of recovery and sports performance. We’ve thrown out that annoying foam roller. No more awkward stares from fellow gym-mates while you rub various body parts in pain. Instead, lie down and relax! Our recovery specialists will iron out all of your, knots, sore spots, aches, and pains! We utilize devices from Theragun, Hyperice, and Body Massager. We assume that our muscle systems naturally function properly. In reality, though, our muscles tend to deactivate due to:

  • Dehydration/Electrolyte Immbalances
  • Injury/Trauma
  • Posture/Structural Issues
  • Repetitive Usage

NEUROMUSCULAR ACTIVATION

The goal of Neuromuscular Activation is to locate asymmetries in motion. We test and treat the associated weak muscles of a limb and then restore proper contractile forces in them. The activation of weak or inhibited muscles will:

  • Decrease stress on the joint system and overall inflammation in the body
  • Increase neuromuscular activity and awareness
  • Increase the quality of motion
  • Increase range of motion and stability At the end of the session, you’ll be able# to stand upright, squat lower, kick higher, and feel a deep neuromuscular connection throughout your body. We call this “Bio-hacking”!

Cryo-Therapy

Tired of the traditional 3-minute Cryo-Therapy session? We’ve ditched the bulky chambers and opted for the extended and more advanced localized cryostimulation with CryoSen technology. Localized cryostimulation allows our recovery specialist to isolate individual joints and chronic areas to induce the healing components. Cornerstone’s Cryo-Therapy station has two sub-stations, Recovery and Beauty. Each treatment takes 15 minutes. The 30-minute, full-body experience isintoxicating (or exhilarating)!

In Recovery, you will reduce:

  • Fatigue
  • Inflammation
  • Joint Pain
  • Muscle Aches/Soreness
  • Toxins

In Beauty, we offer:

  • Body Sculpting
  • Cryo Scalp Treatment
  • Ice Facial/TMJ Treatment
